"This office has went out of there way to assist me with insurance needs they offer some insurance I didn’t know was available before I am thankful for it as it turns out I have now had to file a claim they make everything seem very easy and they aren’t pushy sometimes the right people organizations come into your life even though you don’t know you’ll need them. When they told me I’d hear something from claims within two days I was shocked nothing ever seems to happen that fast for me but I sat there and watched the salesperson enter everything in she had spoken to a claims agent and assured me someone would be calling within two days. Very impressed and drama free !!!"

"This is the worst insurance agency ever me and my wife both have had accents granted they was 6 months apart and she has a few speeding tickets but we have been fighting with them since January to know if we have insurance because we kept getting letters in the mail saying they are dropping us we called every time they kept telling us that we was fine we had insurance it would be 530 a month and we had to back pay for one month so our payment would be 700 for April we paid the payment now they are saying we don't have insurance and the bad part is someone backed into one of our cars we know it's not up to state farm to cover our damages it's up to the other driver but the cop that came to fill out the report wrote us a ticket for no insurance and they could careless and other insurance providers are saying that we are still covered under state farm but Mr tj himself says we are not I think he's just a greedy money taker who doesn't care for nobody but himself"
